Booking & confirmation

A deposit or card guarantee may be required to secure your appointment. Any requirement will be explained when you book. Providing a card guarantee is separate from paying a deposit.

If your booking requires confirmation, please complete it within 3 hours of making the booking, as directed in your booking message. Bookings subject to this confirmation requirement may be cancelled automatically if they remain unconfirmed.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 3 hours before your appointment.

For cancellations or rescheduling less than 3 hours before your appointment, a fee of 30% of the booked service price may apply. For missed appointments, a no-show fee of 60% of the booked service price may apply.

To cancel, reschedule or ask about your booking, contact the SOOTHE spa you booked with.

Gift vouchers

SOOTHE gift vouchers can be redeemed at every SOOTHE location. Online vouchers are sent by email after purchase. Physical vouchers can be purchased and collected in store.

• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers can be used in part. Any remaining balance can be used on a future visit before the voucher expires.
• Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a refund or other remedy.

Contact your chosen spa if you would like help choosing a treatment or have questions about comfort and suitability.

Prices & visiting together

All treatment and package prices are in Australian dollars, per person. Contact your chosen spa to arrange treatments together.

Location-specific treatments

Body Scrub & Wrap treatments and SOOTHE Gracious Glow are available for women at Nedlands only.

Head Spa & hair drying

Your visit includes time to dry the scalp, with no additional drying charge. Full hair drying can be discussed within your treatment time; styling is not included.

Health-fund claims

Eligible remedial massage may be claimable through HICAPS, depending on your health-fund cover and provider eligibility. Please confirm claiming options with your chosen spa before booking.

Parking

At Nedlands, parking is available at the front, with rear parking for longer visits. At Applecross, parking is available in the rear car park.

Privacy & contact

SOOTHE Massage & Day Spa is operated by Lomore Beauty Pty Ltd.

We collect consultation information on paper forms and manage appointment information through Fresha. We use the information you provide to arrange bookings, plan your care and contact you about your visit.

We use first-party website measurement to count page views and clicks leading to Fresha booking or gift-card pages. A random identifier in session storage estimates visits within one browser tab, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and resets each day. Our analytics records do not store IP addresses, names, form entries or full URL queries, and do not use analytics cookies or fingerprinting. Event and session records become eligible for deletion once their Perth calendar day is more than two days old; daily totals become eligible once their day is more than 90 days old. Eligible records are removed on the next measured visit. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded. Booking clicks do not confirm a completed booking or purchase.

This website stores your image-motion preference in your browser. Online bookings and online gift-voucher purchases are completed through Fresha. Fresha’s privacy notice explains how it handles information through its service.
